Please place my donation in an envelope and leave it in a plain sight upon my arrival. All rates are non negotiable. If you would like to extend our time together (and my schedule allows and I agree), I ask that you take care of any additional fee(s) . Please do not discuss the amount, nor attempt to negotiate and be respectful of my time. Be a gentleman, well groomed and smell nice.
